Privacy Policy 

Inversia Pty Limited is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information. What is Personal Information and why do we collect it ? 

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect includes names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers. This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including [interviews, correspondence, by phone, by email, via our website www.inversiacoaching.com.au, from your website, from media and publications, from cookies, and from other publicly available sources and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties. In cases where we obtain information from third parties we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us. 

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you,  and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing. When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it. 


Information about our use of Cookies. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer if you agree. If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. 

We may collect information about your mobile phone, computer or other device from which you access our website including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for systems administration and to report aggregate information to third parties’ affiliates. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. We may, however, use such information in conjunction with the data we have about you in order to track your usage of our services. 

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve the website. By using our website you agree to our use of cookies. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. •           For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose

Embedded content from other websites. Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years. 

Access to your Personal Information. You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing. Inversia Pty Limited will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information. 


Maintaining the quality of your Personal Information. It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you. 


Payments. Payments are handled separately, and securely, through the payment processor you have selected during checkout (“Payment Processor”). Your payment card details are never collected by us. If you want to find out more about how the Payment Processor processes your personal data, you can refer to their own privacy notice.
